About Us
The Kane County Cougars Baseball Foundation and Robust Promotions have partnered together to marry 1,000 dogs or 500 doggy couples at this year's Diamonds in the Ruff Largest Dog Wedding Ceremony! The event will be held on Sunday, October 2nd at Northwestern Medicine Field in Geneva, IL.
Our goal is to raise over $100,000 for K9s for Warriors, the Nation's largest provider of service animals for Veterans, along with 24 other service animal organizations and local adoption groups in the Chicagoland area. Roughly 20 Veterans die by suicide every day, and K9s For Warriors is determined to change that. Diamonds in the Ruff also aims to break the World Record title for the Largest Dog Wedding Ceremony!
While you may not be able to make it to the ceremony, you (and your pup) can still be a part of this history-making effort to raise awareness and funds for Service Animal training organizations and local rescue groups with missions to improve mental health with the help of our canine friends. Funds raised from this video contest will be added to our total – through the purchase of votes used for choosing which videos advance to the judging round, every "bone" your dog is thrown (or every "bone" you throw) is another dollar donated to these wonderful organizations!
